Quip Network

Quip Network is a decentralized quantum computing platform and post-quantum security layer for Web3. It builds the infrastructure to protect existing blockchain wallets — EVM, hardware wallets, multisigs — from quantum computer attacks without requiring wallet migration or seed phrase changes. The core product is the QUIP (Quantum Unit Interlock Pathway), a wrapper that applies continuously rotating post-quantum encryption to any existing wallet using hash-based signatures (WOTS+). Beyond wallet security, Quip operates a decentralized quantum compute marketplace where node operators contribute CPU, GPU, or QPU capacity to execute on-chain jobs including AI tensor math, protein folding, hash mining, and arbitrage optimization. The network claims 20x speed and 100x energy efficiency improvements over classical compute for compatible workloads.

The project is backed by Portal Ventures, Orange DAO (Y Combinator founder network), Firestreak Ventures, and Fidenza Capital. Active open-source development is live on GitHub, with the hashsigs-rs post-quantum signature library accumulating 3,200+ stars. Quantum computing testnet launched Q1 2026. Mainnet and TGE are targeted for Q2 2026.
